Foodies in the city are in for a treat as the flavours of Delhi travel all the way here.

Sultans of Spice, at BluPetal Hotel, is hosting the Dilli Food Festival, which will serve up dishes that have made the food streets of Delhi famous. Chef Mor Singh Rana, from Delhi, will take you through a culinary journey which will make you nostalgic about the street food from the capital.

The buffet features classic Delhi specialties like nimboo lassi, Natraj ke dahi bhalle, chenaram ke paneer pakode, gol hatti ke chole chawal, kadi pakodi, paneer dahi ki sabzi, aloo bhukara kofta, lazeez ke sharabi tikke, kairi murgh, dil Dilli machi tikka, jheenga roghani, aloo gosht chawal, deez ki haandi biryani and much more. The buffet also includes the chef's special live counters with dishes like, golgappe and many more Delhi chaats, galli paranthewali ke paranthe, paneer ka chilla, chole aur kulche, katra jamun ke bhaji kachori, karims ke chicken chengezi, tawa magaz gurda keema kaleji, Nizam ke kathi kebab, keema pav, gyani ke rabri falooda, roshan di kulfi, chef special flambe desserts and much more.

Price: Lunch buffet — Rs 495/- plus tax, dinner buffet — Rs 693/- plus tax. Both include a welcome drink.
