Bringing in the unique flavours of different states, the menu comprises of Rajasthani Gattey ki Sabji, Kasmiri Dum Aloo, Sindhi Urad Dal ka Tadka, Lemon Rice, Hyderabadi Murg Biryani, Bhuna Sagwala Gosht from Punjab, Malabari Macchi Curry from Kerala, Doi Potol from Bengal, the spicy Murgh Dhania Korma from Madhya Pradesh and more.
